Do you know the 5 Stages of Project Management?

Unlock success, get clarity in your life, and complete more projects.

Wassup Project Pusher,

Hope you are having a nice day!

I'm excited to share something that can change your life in a BIG way! 🙂

Ever get stuck on a project?

I know I have!

It's not fun.

But here's a secret I learned in college that I wish I knew earlier - every successful project has five stages.

If you know these five stages, you can manage nearly any project!

It's like having a cheat code to life! 👍

I want to share this with you and transform the way you do project management.

It’s called The 5 Stages of Project Management, also known as The Project Life Cycle.

This will save you time and help you complete more projects.

Ready to learn about these five stages?

Here we go!

(1) Initiation:

In this stage, you figure out what your project is, who will be involved, and if it’s even doable.

You will also identify stakeholders who are people affected by the outcome of the project, like team members, sponsors, or customers.

This stage sets the foundation for the project and ensures that everyone is on the same page.

(2) Planning:

This is when you create a plan, divide up work, and know what resources you will need.

It's important to define what you need to do and when it needs to be done.

(3) Execution:

This stage is where you do the work and make it happen!

Keep track of your progress and communicate with others involved in the project.

LEADERS shine in the execution stage!

Sometimes, you may not have someone else to motivate you.

So take the initiative and be a self-starter! 😁

(4) Monitoring and control:

In this stage of the project, your goal is to stay on track and make adjustments if needed.

Control the scope (what’s included in the project) and monitor risks (things that can go wrong).

(5) Closure

This is the final stage, where you complete the project, review it, and figure out what went well and what didn’t.

Lessons learned are finalized and documented in the closing stage.

Reflect on what went well and what could have been improved during the project.

This documentation can be used to increase your chances of success in future projects.

If you want to learn more about each stage of The Project Life Cycle, I highly recommend you watch this YouTube video.

Apply this information to your current projects and understand what stage you are in.
