I hope you are starting your week off on a positive note.

It’s been a pretty busy week for me so far because I’m working on my ebook. The goal of the book is to teach you how to grow your professional network on Twitter and skyrocket your career.

Since, the first edition of the newsletter I have also reached 2,000 followers on Twitter and I want to THANK YOU dearly for your support!

My growth on Twitter has been a result of showing up daily and supporting others. At the same time, I’ve implemented an in-home fitness routine where I do daily pushups, situps, and body squats.

I find that getting fit and building your business go well together. I had trouble getting started with the habit of daily exercise, so I read Atomic Habits by James Clear and it gave me the idea to start small.

That’s where I started.

Now, I’m doing easily over 60 per day with the new addition of situps and body squats.

Your mindset and how many reps you put in will determine how far you progress this week.

So limit distractions and improve your concentration skills. Remember:

Inputs → Outputs

Focus on the inputs necessary to get the output you desire.
